The D2L Brightspace servers undergo maintenance every first and third Friday of each month, during which access to D2L Brightspace is temporarily unavailable. Faculty should schedule quiz and assignment submission deadlines before the maintenance period begins. Students should plan to complete work before the maintenance period.

Update - KSU University Information Technology Services and the University System of Georgia continue to work to resolve the problem. Currently users are unable to authenticate.

Investigating - Users are currently reporting authentication issues with OneUSG.

In Chrome and Firefox browsers, you may clear your cache and use the browser in incognito mode to be able to login.

Identified - The Blackboard card transaction system is currently experiencing issues that may affect your ability to access or use the service. This affects printing, scanning, and card transactions for dining dollars, meal plans, and K-cash.
