The KSU Status Page provides up-to-date service information about the status of and upcoming maintenance for Kennesaw State University IT systems and services.

If you are encountering a problem that is not listed on this page, please report your issue to the KSU Service Desk at service@kennesaw.edu.

Investigating - UITS has received reports of the “My Courses” Widget either loading very slowly or failing to load.

D2L and USG are currently investigating these issues. We will provide further updates as they are available.

Even if the course tiles do not load, courses can still be accessed via the Course selector on the D2L Homepage.

Scheduled - Peoplesoft Financials is scheduled for a system update, Thursday, November 21, 2019, starting at 5:00 PM until Monday, November 25, 2019, at 7:00 a.m.



Please mark your calendars, as the system will not be available during this period, and you must be logged out of the system by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019.



The following applications will not be available during these scheduled maintenance windows:

• GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials production (FPROD)
• PSQUEST access
• GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace access
• Expenses and ePro Self-Service Portal



The update will address the following:

Database Upgrade
PeopleSoft Images Update
New enhancements and functionality
General Ledger- Updates and Changes
A new version of the Journal Upload Spreadsheet will be posted to the GeorgiaFIRST website prior to releasing the update.
Users will be required to download new files since Oracle will no longer be supporting the older version if issues arise
Users will continue to use the Write to File process
The Import Now option will no longer be available
