From Blackboard: Collaborate Ultra recordings are taking longer than normal to process and appear in the Ultra Scheduler once the session has ended. We are aware of the delay and working to resolve the issue. If your recording does not appear right away, please try checking again later on.

Some users are currently reporting service issues with Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.
Monday, March 23, 2020 9:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) GMT-4 hours -- Collaborate customers using the telephone option may get a message stating the call cannot be completed as dialed or a busy signal. Our operations team is actively investigating the issue. Please use a browser on your computer or mobile phone to use VoIP for audio in the Collaborate session.
