About the KSU Status Page
The KSU Status Page provides up-to-date service information about the status of and upcoming maintenance for Kennesaw State University IT systems and services.
If you are encountering a problem that is not listed on this page, please report your issue to the KSU Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During this time, the following functions will be unavailable:
• Owl Express
• Degree Works
• Banner Administrative Pages (NOTE: After the upgrade, DUO will be required for all users of Banner Administrative Pages.)
• Touchnet – Bill + Payment (Tuition and Payments)
• Nolij Suite (Web, Content & Data Transfer)
• All interfaces that download data from or upload data to the Banner database, including but not limited to:
o KSU Connect
o Owl Pay
o Explorance Blue
You can monitor the status of this and other KSU technology services and subscribe to service alerts at the UITS Status Page at status.kennesaw.edu.
