The KSU Status Page provides up-to-date service information about the status of and upcoming maintenance for Kennesaw State University IT systems and services.

If you are encountering a problem that is not listed on this page, please report your issue to the KSU Service Desk at the KSU Service Portal.

OneUSGConnect will be unavailable for system maintenance beginning 6 p.m. Friday, Mar. 27 and extending through 7 a.m. Tuesday, Mar. 31.

During this time, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service will not be available.

Where applicable, time clocks will remain available for use.
OneUSG Connect - Benefits will remain available to employees and can be accessed from the USG Faculty and Staff Portal.
Note that W-2’s will be unavailable for viewing and printing during this time so please plan accordingly.
