Investigating - OneDrive is currently experiencing an issue preventing email notifications to send when a file is shared. A temporary workaround is to copy the link from OneDrive to paste in an email or Teams chat.

Investigating - Some users are currently reporting service issues with accessing vpn.kennesaw.edu website.

The Global Protect VPN can still downloaded by navigating to https://vpn.kennesaw.edu/global-protect/getsoftwarepage.esp.

UITS is currently investigating these issues and working quickly to fix it.

Monitoring - We are currently monitoring the water outage affecting University Columns on the Marietta Campus. Water lines are undergoing repairs, and the work is expected to be completed today by approximately 6:00 PM.

Identified - Our team is continuing to address the utility outage at University Columns. As of 11:00 AM, water lines were obstructed by a contractor working in the area. The fire system water and domestic water to Houses 6-10 at University Columns are currently out of service until further notice.

Upon the completion of system maintenance, the KSU Facilities Portal will become operational and can be accessed at https://ksu.tririga.com/p/web/workplaceServicesu. This portal will replace the AiM Maintenance Request System. Please note that AiM will remain available in a read-only state for a transitional period.

Identified - Our team is addressing a power outage at Summit I. As of 6:27pm, we have identified the root cause and are working with Georgia Power to restore service. Repair crews are estimated to arrive on site at approximately 8:15pm and repairs may take up to 3 hours.

Impact: Portions of Summit I are currently without power.
