This incident has been resolved.
Investigating
Some users are currently experiencing issues with eTransact. Specifically, users may be unable to view their KCash and Dining Dollars balances within the eAccounts app.
At this time, Meal Plans, eTransact services, and KCash transactions remain fully operational. The issue is limited to the display of KCash and Dining Dollars balances in the eAccounts application.
The vendor and UITS are currently investigating these issues and working quickly to fix it.
