Impact Details:
Description & Location: Floor repair work is scheduled that will require the freight elevator to be out of service for the entire workday on Friday, May 22. This outage affects all floors, limited specifically to the ground floor and loading dock area.
Schedule: The project will begin early in the morning on Friday, May 22, and the ground‑floor area will need to remain free of all traffic throughout the entire holiday weekend. The repaired flooring will be fully cured by the time campus reopens on Tuesday, May 26, and the freight elevator will be back in service at that time as well.
Reason: The freight elevator must be taken offline to safely complete the required floor repair work.
Logistics: All work activities will be contained to the designated project area, and general building access will remain available.
