Some users are currently reporting service issues with CampusLogic and the Student Financial Success line of products:
Student Forms
Campus Communicator
Scholarship Universe
Student Advisor/Virtual Advisor
Campus Metrics
Auto Reconciliation

The vendor (Ellucian) is currently investigating these issues and working quickly to fix it.
