Investigating
Some legitimate email messages are being incorrectly identified as phishing and automatically quarantined by Microsoft.
Microsoft has indicated the following issues:
-Some recipients are not receiving some expected emails.
-Some senders are not being notified when a message is quarantined.
If you believe you are missing an email, contact the Service Desk so the message can be reviewed and released if appropriate.
Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
