Update

There is work that will be done this Saturday, 4/19 that will involve a large crane. Work is scheduled for 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Both the 3rd and 4th floors will be primarily impacted by the project along with the loading dock areas for Burruss Building and the Commons. It is essential that those areas remain unoccupied during this timeframe. No utilities will be affected.

Boiler Plant Project begins today, Monday, April 7 and will be completed by mid-July. This will involve demolition of the existing boiler system, construction to the surrounding area on the roof, and installation of new equipment. The heating component of the HVAC system will be non-operational starting today and will remain so throughout the month of April. The HVAC air conditioning system and the hot water heating system in the building will remain unaffected.
